Q: Are your cables really faster?
A: Not technically, but we are committed to handling your order faster than the competition. If ordering before 12 noon, we can ship out the very same day. And because we have warehouses around the country, most orders are received within 3-5 days.
Q: What is the difference between CCA and Solid Copper or Bare Copper?
A: Copper Clad Aluminum, commonly referred to as CCA is a conductor composed of aluminum on the inner core and copper on the outside. CCA is used primarily because of it’s weight and cost properties. It’s cheaper than pure copper and weighs less. That’s why prices on Faster Cables might be a bit higher than other sites, because we sell Pure Copper Category products.
CCA is not a good product for you if you ever plan to use POE (power over ethernet) devices. Until the technology evolves to function properly on CCA cable, it’s best avoided. But there may be certain installations where CCA is a great cost saving option. We encourage you to do your research. Let us help you decide which product is best for your project. Q Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards right here on the website.
We also accept PayPal, Checks and Wire Transfers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-866-954-8844 to arrange for these type of payments. If you are a frequent customer, then you may qualify for Net 30 terms.

Q: Do you ship to International countries?
A: No. Not currently, but may consider on a case by case basis. Please Inquire at email@example.com. We do ship to USA and Canada.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours for email processing.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: If products are in stock, our goal is to ship SAME DAY if placed before 12pm Eastern time. Otherwise we will ship the next day.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: YES. Please inquire. If your order meets certain quantities we can offer Free Shipping.
Q: How do I calculate Shipping Costs?
A: Simply add your items to the cart. When ready, in the upper right hand corner, click on the shopping cart. Then select either view cart or checkout. You will need to enter your shipping address and the shipping costs will be calculated for you.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We quote everything using UPS. For large orders we will use freight trucks.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund after a return?
A: To be honest, we have never needed to refund a customer. We hope you are 100% satisfied with our products. But if you are not, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly arrange a return for you. Unfortunately we can not refund shipping costs. It will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Once we have received the products, a refund will be processed within 24 hours. It may take 24-48 hours for the refund to post to your credit card. If you paid by any other payment method, a check will be mailed to you directly.
Q: What should I do if I want to return my product?
A: We hope you are 100% satisfied with our products. But if you are not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly arrange a return for you. Unfortunately we can not refund shipping costs. It will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
